Shipping Information

COVID-19: Due to COVID-19, all carriers have suspended their normal delivery standards. Your package may take longer than normal to get to you, and unfortunately we have no control over this. Thank you for your understanding.


Shipping Policies

  • Canadian Shipping Policy 
    • All orders are shipped via Canada Post and have tracking included.
  • Shipment processing time
    • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Whenever possible, we ship orders sooner than this time-frame, but please allow this time to prepare your order.
  • Shipping rates & delivery estimates
    • Shipping estimates are provided automatically by Canada Post during checkout. These rates are based on the shipping weight of the item(s) you are ordering. We try our best to find the lowest cost ways to ship to you safely and securely.
    • Canadian shipping tip: It costs about the same to ship up to 5 bars of soap as it does to ship a single bar! Sounds silly, but it's just how the system works. We unfortunately have no control over this, but our suggestion is to purchase multiple bars at once to greatly reduce the shipping cost per-bar.
  • Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
    • We do ship to PO boxes, but be advised that tracking does not always work for PO Boxes, and you assume the responsibility of the shipment.
  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
    • When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. This email contains the tracking number so you can track your shipment on its journey to you.
  • Customs, Duties and Taxes
    • Please note that international orders may have customs fees, duty, or taxes/VAT applied at your border. These fees are imposed by your country, and Good Williams is not responsible for these or any other fees. Please check your local  import regulations to be aware of what (if any) charges you may be responsible for prior to ordering.
  • Damages
    • If your package arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can make it right! Please include a photo of the damaged item and packaging, so we can open an investigation with the courier.
  • International Shipping Policy
    • We ship internationally! Please be aware you will be responsible for any customs, duty, or taxes applied to your package (see above).
